LifeLink Foundation, Inc. is made up of five divisions: LifeLink of Florida, LifeLink of Georgia, LifeLink of Puerto Rico, LifeLink Transplantation Immunology Laboratory and LifeLink Tissue Bank. In addition, LifeLink Legacy Fund is a separate 501(c)3 that supports the mission of LifeLink Foundation by providing financial assistance to organ transplant patients in need and funding research and other initiatives that positively impact organ and tissue donation and transplantation efforts.
